SHIPPING POLICY:
To make things easy for us, we work as per our shipping policy which includes:

TIMELY DELIVERY: DHL/UPS/FedEx: 1-7 days days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, you can also opt for overnight delivery or express delivery while ordering your chemicals, Powders, pharmaceuticals, etc but we charge you a few extra fees for that as standard delivery is free of cost.

SHIPPING COST: Shipping cost depends upon the delivery location and the type of delivery you opt for. We ship with reputable courier companies like FedEx,UPS, TNT, ROYAL MAIL, EMS, and USPS that help us to deliver your parcel on time without unnecessarily charging you.

TRACK YOUR ORDER: We provide you with the order tracking facility which means when you order your order, you will get a tracking ID and password; using it, you can track your order.

Shipping Options

≤50kg, Express delivery recommended, usually called as DDU service;

≤500kg,Air shipping recommended, usually called as CIF service;

>500 – 2000 kg, sea shipping recommended, usually called as FOB, CFR, or CIF service;

For high value products, please select air shipping and express delivery for safety.

We clear customs for you and set up the warehouse in your local place.

Shipping process:

We established a company in your local place, this company is the buyer, the normal international trading between this two companies, complete documents will pass the customs.

(2)0-2 days

After clear the goods, delivery is done at your convenience ( door step).

Note : Shipping charges for goods above 10kg are calculated at US$18 per kg

For goods below 10kg(including 10kg）, the charges are special, 1kg is US$60, and each additional 1kg will be charged US$25.
